Bulb farm visit
We will start our tour together at your hotel in Amsterdam.
This will be a private, guided tour, so just you and your family or friends with the guide.
Our first visit will be to a small farm with a show greenhouse full of flowering spring bulbs. We will do a guided tour and visit their bulb fields outside with various varieties of Daffodils, Hyacinths, and Tulips.
We can take pictures between the seemingly endless beds of flowering bulbs.
Bulb fields cruise
After the bulb farm visit, we will drive to the dock of our barge in the town of Hillegom. Once we arrive, we will board the barge for a private cruise with a local captain who will show us all the flowering bulb fields along the very often narrow canals. Depending on the month's time, we will pass by fields of Daffodils, Hyacinths, Tulips, etc.
After the Bulbs fields cruise, we can stop for lunch (not included) or continue driving to Keukenhof.
We can also have lunch on the boat during the cruise.
We can pre-order sandwiches, rolls, and beverages.
Keukenhof
Once we arrive at Keukenhof, we will start our guided walking tour through this astonishing spring flower park.
Every year, the architects and gardeners redesign the park into something more spectacular than the previous year.
At the park, one can find 4 pavilions with a total area of 150.000 sq. feet, where 20 different flower shows will take place in 7.5 weeks. At the end of the afternoon, we will return to your hotel in Amsterdam.
