Our private tour will start around 8.00 in the morning.
We will drive south of Amsterdam to Aalsmeer, where the largest flower auction in the world, 'Royal Flora Holland,' is located.
We will explain about the auctioning system and what the influence of internet has become on the sales of flowers and plants.
We will visit the distribution areas for flowers and plants.
Apart from the auction, where wholesale exporters buy larger quantities of flowers and plants, there is also a commercial wholesale center for florists who need small quantities of flowers, plants, and supplies.
We can visit it if you are interested in this part of the flower business.
After the flower auction, we will drive to the eastern part of Holland, to Giethoorn.
After approx. 90 minutes by car, we will reach Giethoorn.
We will do a private canal cruise of 1- 2 hours on the canals of Giethoorn and the nearby lake. We will rent an electric whisper boat, and we can sail it ourselves.
Then, it is time for lunch, and we can choose from various restaurants along the canals. If you are hungry when you arrive, we can also have lunch first.
After lunch, we can walk along the cozy canals with many private boats.
Around 4.00 p.m., we will return to Amsterdam, where we will arrive around 5.30 p.m.
